   If a head or a scientific supervisor of your SSC has been changed or the information isn’t given on the page of SSC you have to send correct information on the e-mail snobsmu@mail.ru to have it updated on the web-site and to make correct changes in documents:

       1. Name, surname, year of studies, group, faculty of the head;

       2. Phone number and e-mail of the head;

       3. Photo of the head of the SSC (official style of clothes and light background);

       4. Name, surname of the scientific supervisor of the SSC, scientific degree and academic status;

       5. Phone number and e-mail of the scientific supervisor of the SSC;

       6. Photo of the scientific supervisor of the SSC (official style of clothes and light background);

       7. Information about the SSC (Attention! Most of the pages of SSC have incorrect information);

       8. Link to the community of the SSC Vkontakte.

Responsibility of senior member of students’ scientific club

 1. Organization and holding of meetings of students’ scientific club at least once a month.

 2. Submit an advertisement about holding of meetings of students’ scientific club on time to publish on site of the Students’ Scientific Society and place this advertisement on stands of the University and departments.    

 3. Attend organizational meetings of senior members of students’ scientific clubs.

 4. Maintain records of students’ scientific club in accordance with established rules (the record and information about members of students’ scientific club, report of students’ scientific club work).

 5. Provide documentation once a semester (in original form done in accordance with established rules).

 6. Render the Council of the SSS assistance in organization and realization planned activities: inform students about the dates and requirements. Help the Council of SSS to collect articles for publication.

 7. To keep documentation about the participants of the International scientific and practical conference for students and young scientists "Actual problems of modern medicine and pharmacy", of the National contest of students' scientific works.
